Legacy Application Portal Unavailable Due to Platform Migration

While we are excited to launch our new and improved Provider portal, we regret to inform you that our legacy application portal is unavailable due to platform migration efforts. Applications submitted before 5/01/2024 are no longer available and cannot be transferred.

Users will be directed to create a new login in order to resubmit applications as previously submitted applications are no longer available.

If your username is affiliated with accounts/ practices that are ALREADY PAR with BSN, you should see those accounts provided they are already PAR in the BSN network.
